Privacy policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
Ductective is in development and the only thing this site does is collect waitlist signups. This page says exactly what that means for your data.
What we collect
Your email address, which is required to join the waitlist.
Optionally, your role and the equipment you work on, if you choose to fill those fields in. Both can be left blank.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, employer, or payment details, and there is no analytics profile attached to your signup.
Why we collect it
To send you one message when early access opens. There is no newsletter and no drip sequence.
To decide what to build first. Role and equipment are read in aggregate to prioritise work, not to target you individually.
What we don't do with it
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not use it for automated decisions about you, and we do not pass it to third parties beyond the hosting and database providers that run this site.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase, our backend provider, on our behalf. Access is restricted to the people building Ductective.
Data is transmitted over TLS. Supabase acts as a data processor and may store it on infrastructure outside your country.
How long we keep it
Until early access opens and the launch message has been sent, and for up to 12 months after that in case of a follow-up round.
If Ductective is not released, waitlist entries are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Getting your data removed
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and ask us to remove you. We will delete your entry and confirm it. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction.
No account or verification hoop is required. The request just has to come from the address on the list.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes before launch we will update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use waitlist data, we will say so in the launch message.
